Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Novamavel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-refundable

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Gift cards


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@novamavel.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is defective or damaged)

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your return package.


4. Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@novamavel.com with your order number and clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
